Toronto Housing Market in May 2013
Housing prices in the GTA hit an all time high this past May as the average price settled 5.4% higher than a year ago at $542,174. TREB reported that sales declined by -3.4% while in reality that number is closer to -6%. See the explanation here. Condos sales in the City of Toronto were down by -6.4% (or by -8% by my calculations) while the average price went up by 1.2%. Continue reading to see the price maps by area.
